BOSTON, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- CombinatoRx, Incorporated announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock will be offered by the Company. SG Cowen & Co., LLC is acting as sole book-running manager, Pacific Growth Equities, LLC is acting as co-lead manager, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and A.G. Edwards are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. This offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
