SG Cowen & Co., LLC is acting as sole book-running manager, Pacific Growth Equities, LLC is acting as co-lead manager, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and A.G. Edwards are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
