Yunting Fang

Yunting joined the Talent team at Flagship Pioneering in March 2023. As a Senior Associate in Talent Intelligence Recruiting Analytics, she manages matters related to Talent's owned & operated data – including reporting on talent metrics, leading continuous improvement efforts around data integrity and governance, and applying data analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Flagship Pioneering, Yunting worked as an Analyst on the People Analytics Team at Wayfair, where she gained expertise in various facets of talent data such as recruiting, headcount, performance, DEI, engagement, and attendance.

Yunting holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research and Engineering, with a minor in Viticulture and Enology, from Cornell University.
