Vanessa Bryan

Vanessa Bryan joined Flagship Pioneering in 2025 as Director of Information Technology Service Delivery. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services that empower Flagship’s scientific and entrepreneurial teams.

Vanessa brings over two decades of experience in IT leadership and service delivery, with a strong track record of modernizing infrastructure and enhancing user experience. Before joining Flagship, she served in several leadership roles at Draper, including Principal Director of Corporate Operations and Deputy Chief Information Officer. Earlier in her career, Vanessa held IT and operations roles at Dell Technologies and CompuCom, where she focused on customer experience, service optimization, and operational excellence.

Vanessa holds both a B.A. and an MBA from Framingham State University.
