Valerie Dixon

Valerie Dixon joined Flagship in 2025 as Senior Partner, Financing Services on the Capital Solutions and Value Realization Team. In this role she helps Flagship’s portfolio companies assess financing needs and optimize external capital raising.

With nearly 20 years of corporate finance experience, Valerie has advised global corporations on a range of strategic and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings.

Previously, Valerie was Managing Director and Global Head of Life Sciences Tools and Diagnostics in Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where she was a trusted advisor to global corporations in all aspects of strategy and corporate finance. Prior to that she held roles at J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Lehman Brothers, including as a sell-side Research Analyst in the medical technology sector.

Valerie earned an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University. She is on the boards of the National Kidney Foundation and the Metropolitan Opera.
