Thanh Lam

Thanh Lam joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the sourcing strategies for entry level scientists at Flagship Labs.

Prior to joining Flagship, Thanh was a Senior Project Manager in the medical scribe industry where she engaged in high-volume recruiting to build out scribe programs for several medical specialties within Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Atrius Health, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center among other healthcare facilities. Previously, she was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), where she supported talent administration and full-cycle recruiting for both CIC and its subsidiary, CIC Health.

Thanh received her B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Madison University and completed a pre-health post-baccalaureate program at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
