Sophie Modzelewski

Sophie joined Flagship in 2023 as an HR Operations Associate responsible for process development and maintenance within human resources. Sophie partners with stakeholders across the company to streamline and document HR processes and encourage continuous improvement throughout the HR organization.

Prior to joining Flagship, she worked at Nimbus Therapeutics as a Talent & Engagement Coordinator within the HR Function.

Sophie holds an MEd from the University of Massachusetts and a B.A. in American Studies from DePaul University.
