Shannon Huber

Shannon Huber joined Flagship in 2021 as a Sourcing Lead in Talent Acquisition. She supports talent sourcing for hiring managers with niche technical and experiential requirements for positions ranging from bench scientists to VP level roles.

Her background is in R&D recruitment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with a specialization in computational biology, data science, and machine learning.

Prior to joining Flagship Pioneering, she was a recruiter/sourcer for several large to mid-sized pharma organizations including Pfizer, J&J, Merck, Celgene and most recently, Novartis.

Shannon earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems management from The College of New Jersey.
