Rockwell Shah

Rockwell (“Rocky”) Shah joined Flagship Pioneering in 2025 as a Partner, where he helps drive exploration, value creation, strategy, and execution for ProtoCos and NewCos. With a proven track record in launching, scaling, and transforming innovative businesses, Rocky blends strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise.

Rocky was most recently CEO of Ozlo Sleep, the creators of “Sleepbuds.” During his tenure, he led the transition of Sleepbuds from a pre-sale only product to one of the most successful health-tech launches of all time, earning “Best of CES 2025” honors and widespread media acclaim.

Prior to Ozlo, Rocky built a portfolio of digital wellness apps including Pzizz and Mesmerize. Earlier in his career, Rocky was President of 4PatientCare, serving 20 million patients annually and culminating in an acquisition by Essilor. Outside of health and wellness, he has also launched ventures in decentralized password management, blockchain gaming, and web3 education.

Rocky holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
