Nomi Vilvovsky

Nomi Vilvovsky joined the Talent team at Flagship Pioneering in 2021. As a Senior Talent Intelligence Analyst, she supports recruiting, sourcing, and talent operations through research and analytics. Nomi is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing external data to learn more about changes in the biopharma and adjacent industries, the potential and existing talent pool, and the source and attributes of potential hires.

Previously, Nomi worked at Emsi Burning Glass, where she was a senior research analyst on the HCM & Emerging Technologies consulting team, developing insights and reports around trends in the labor market. Nomi has a keen interest in building an equal-opportunity and diverse workforce, and has volunteered as an educator in programs to teach computer science principles to under-represented youth.

Nomi holds a B.A. in Statistics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.
