Nicki Shah

Nicki Shah joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021 as the Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead. Nicki is responsible for recruiting across all G&A functions at Flagship and its portfolio of companies.

Nicki brings to Flagship a combination of agency and in-house experiences from both boutique firms and biotech companies. Prior to joining Flagship, Nicki was the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at atai Life Sciences, where she led a team and was responsible for the rapid scaling and hiring of the organization. Nicki was also the Talent Director at Tatum where she developed a Life Sciences practice. She and her team partnered closely with a global portfolio of biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical clients to support their hiring projects across all executive and corporate functions.

Nicki holds a B.A. in Psychology from Colby College and a Master’s degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. While at Harvard, Nicki completed doctoral coursework and supported several longitudinal research studies in collaboration with MGH and McLean hospital.
