Milana Morozova

Milana Morozova joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Milana supports recruitment operations for several portfolio companies, most extensively for the Executive Search team and recruitment of executive-level talent for Flagship Lab companies.

Milana joined Flagship from Voyager Therapeutics, a company dedicated to developing gene therapies for patients with fatal neurodegenerative diseases, where she supported the company’s employees as a human resources and employee engagement coordinator. While there, Milana co-led a local university co-operative program, participated in the recruitment of a growing research team, utilized tracking systems to organize talent, and collaborated closely with the culture operations team to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.

Milana is passionate about the intersectionality of innovative science and sustainability and the dedicated people that reside in that space and allow it to flourish. Milana holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she focused primarily on Cognitive Development and Neuroscience.
