Megan Tillmann

Megan joined the Flagship legal group in 2022 and is currently Senior Contracts Manager for Pioneering Medicines. In this role, she drafts, reviews, and negotiates a large volume of agreements to support Pioneering Medicines’ development programs. Megan previously served as the Senior Contracts Administrator at Flagship and was the primary contact for negotiating CDAs, including investor financing CDAs, across all of Flagship’s ecosystem entities.

Prior to joining Flagship, Megan worked at two Flagship-founded companies including as Manager of Contracts Administration at Rubius Therapeutics and as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Foghorn Therapeutics. She has worked in the biotech industry for over 18 years and supported various executives as well as business development, program management, corporate strategy, and commercial teams including at Agios, Biogen, and Ropes and Gray.

Megan was previously a professional opera singer and sang with opera companies and orchestras across the country. She received a Master of Music degree from The Cleveland Institute of Music and her Bachelor of Music degree from St. Olaf College.
