Matt Teja

Matt Teja joined Flagship Pioneering in 2026 as a Senior Director of Compensation. He is responsible for the design, management, and execution of compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward employees across the Flagship enterprise.

Before Flagship, Matt held similar positions in compensation & total rewards at various companies in the Greater Boston area, including Shawmut Design & Construction, Repligen Corporation, and Editas Medicine.

Matt graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Mathematics.
