Leslie Martin

Leslie Martin is Vice President of Talent Acquisition for the Flagship Labs portfolio of companies. She is responsible for managing a team of highly skilled recruiters and sourcers while continuously improving hiring results and optimizing the candidate experience.

Leslie was previously Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Tripadvisor, where she managed executive hiring globally and oversaw hiring for four business units including machine learning/tech, marketing, finance, and human resources (HR). She drove the effort to increase gender diversity in senior leadership, resulting in a 35% increase in female hires at the Director+ level. As Director of Talent at Adelphic (a Google Ventures startup acquired by Viant), Leslie managed all aspects of HR including hiring, compensation, performance management, and culture. Her early experience includes roles at SapientNitro, LinkedIn, and CTPartners.

Leslie received a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College and an M.S. in Communications from Boston University.
