Lauren Adamiak

Lauren Adamiak develops and implements new accounting policies and procedures, provides business insights to measure progress on company performance, and assists with improving company-wide financial reports.

Prior to joining Flagship Pioneering, Lauren worked as a budget analyst for the Texas Department of Insurance and as a staff accountant at Myers and Stauffer, and later at RSM.

Lauren graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and earned her C.P.A. in 2015.
