Kate Wilson

Kate Wilson joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021. As senior vice president of rewards and human resources operations, Kate is responsible for creating and implementing reward strategies, HR processes, workflows, guidelines, and HR systems for all people matters.

Kate has over 20 years of experience as a strategic human resources professional both in the U.S. and internationally. Her focus has been on enabling companies to scale rapidly by aligning HR programs to business strategy. Prior to Flagship, Kate led the Total Rewards and HR Operations function at Moderna, and she also held senior HR roles at Sunovion, Vertex, and Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte).

She received her M.Sc. and B.Sc. from Brunel University in London.
