Karen Dodos joined Flagship Pioneering in 2015. As the Director of Finance for Flagship, Karen's data management helps inform leadership decisions. Before coming to Flagship she worked at a variety of life sciences companies, including Alkermes, EXACT Sciences, and SynapDX.
