Julie Cincotti

Julie Cincotti joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for Pioneering Medicines. In her role, she collaborates closely with the Pioneering Medicines leadership team to advance and execute their people strategy including talent development, change management, culture enhancement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.

With over two decades in Human Resources, Julie has played roles in venture backed start ups, private equity-backed organizations and global public companies. Her passion lies in crafting and implementing people strategies that empower companies to thrive.

Julie earned her B.A. degree in English and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and is currently furthering her education through the CHRO Executive Education program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
