Julia Gropman

Julia Gropman joined Flagship Pioneering in 2025 as a Research Systems Analyst, where she supports research teams by developing and optimizing systems that enable efficient scientific execution and scalability across the Flagship ecosystem.

Prior to joining Flagship, Julia held multiple roles at a startup biotech company, including scientist, scientific product manager, and operations manager. She led cross-functional research and product development efforts, supported the launch and scale-up of patented biotechnology products, and oversaw laboratory operations, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.

Julia earned a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
