John Atsalis

John Atsalis joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as an Associate Director of Executive Search and is responsible for executive-level recruiting of technology and digital talent for Flagship and its portfolio companies.

John has extensive experience recruiting C-suite executives across the high-growth technology sector, including start-ups, venture capital, and private equity. Prior to Flagship, John was a Principal Partner at Momenta in its executive search practice. Previously, he was at executive search firm Polachi, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, and most recently served as Partner.

Prior to his career in executive search, John served as an Officer in the United States Air Force. He received a B.A. in Physics and Economics from The College of the Holy Cross.
