Jerry Nadeau

Jerry Nadeau joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 and serves as Vice President of Real Estate, Facilities & Facility Operations, where he leads the strategy, operations, and performance of the firm’s real estate portfolio, facilities organization, and facility operations functions. He is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performing workplace and laboratory environments that support Flagship’s growing ecosystem of life sciences companies.

With more than 20 years of experience, Jerry has led global real estate, facilities, engineering, workplace services, and capital project organizations across the life sciences industry. Before joining Flagship, he held senior leadership roles at Novartis and leadership positions with Exact Sciences and Biogen, where he directed facilities, workplace services, and operational programs supporting research, development, manufacturing, and corporate operations.

He holds a B.S. degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
