Jerry Nadeau

Gerald (Jerry) Nadaeu, joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 as Senior Director, Site Operations, and has30 years’ experience in the biotech and pharma industry as a Project Manager, Capital Projects, and Facility and Real Estate management.

Before joining Flagship, Jerry worked for Thrive Early Detection, as Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities for the East Coast and Europe. Previously, he worked for Novartis as the Global Head, Integrated Facility Management for the Americas. During his career, he worked for two Flagship founded companies: Acceleron and Aveo. Jerry began his career in the industry in 1993, working for Biogen, growing from Facility Space Planner to Capital Project Management in RTP. He has also worked for Genetics Institute, Genzyme, and Akamai.

Jerry holds an A.S. and B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an M.B.A in Global Operations from Suffolk University. He has served on the Cambridge Growth Management Advisory Committee and various Cambridge groups representing the biotech and pharma sectors.
