Jerry Hughes

Jerry Hughes joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 as a Collaboration Engineer and is responsible for advancing Flagship’s best practice use of collaboration tools that include among others, OneDrive, Slack, SharePoint, Notion, Smartsheet, Zoom, and Teams. He is focused on streamlining these tools, introducing governance, and applying usage standards.

Jerry brings extensive knowledge of the entire Microsoft stack to the role and has spent the majority of his career helping organizations – large and small – embrace modern workplace tools to gain increased efficiency and productivity. He has spent time in private consulting as well as working for firms like Microsoft and Dell/EMC.  

Jerry was awarded his B.S. with a major in Biology from Assumption University and has earned numerous Microsoft Certifications.
