Jennifer Lee

Jennifer (Jen) Lee joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 as Director, Project Management for Pioneering Medicines. She is responsible for providing strategic and scientific insight for Pioneering Medicines’ programs and driving operational efforts both internally and externally, to deliver novel life-changing therapies to patients.

With nearly two decades of biopharma industry experience, Jen brings a passion for learning, collaboration, and science to Flagship. She has experience with programs spanning early discovery to Phase 1 and across oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. Prior to joining Flagship, Jen was Director, Program and Alliance Management at Dragonfly Therapeutics where she managed multi-program alliances with large pharma partners for discovery and clinical assets. Prior to this role, she worked to establish the alliance and program management functions at Skyhawk Therapeutics. Previous to that, Jen held scientific roles with increasing responsibility at FORMA Therapeutics, ArQule, and Novartis. Jen is an active member and has held leadership roles with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Jen received a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, M.S. in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, and Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University.
