Jeffrey Luber

Jeffrey (Jeff) R. Luber joined Flagship Pioneering in 2026 and serves as a Growth Partner, where he supports efforts to maximize the value and impact of companies across the Flagship ecosystem.

Jeff is a four-time CEO and board member of public and private companies, known for scaling regulated healthcare and diagnostics companies at critical inflection points. An EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), Jeff has raised over $400M across his career and has repeatedly built and led teams that deliver regulatory success, commercial scale, and strategic exits.

He led EXACT Sciences (NASDAQ: EXAS) through early commercialization, securing American Cancer Society endorsement and a $24M non-dilutive capital infusion that preserved and strengthened the company’s market trajectory. He reset and scaled Good Start Genetics to a multi-million-dollar revenue run rate, expanded national reimbursement, and led the company through a successful exit. At binx health, Jeff rebuilt the business from R&D-stage to commercial company, leading to two FDA clearances and a CLIA waiver, multiple successful fundraising rounds, national distribution, global manufacturing, and a digital health spin-out, before transitioning to Chairman.

Most recently, Jeff led Clairity to the first FDA authorization for AI-driven breast cancer risk prediction and $43M in Series B financing, setting the stage for broad commercialization.

Jeff received his J.D., cum laude, and his MBA from Suffolk University.
