Jean-Baptiste de Labarthe

Jean-Baptiste (JB) de Labarthe joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021. He provides strategic and financial insights to Flagship Pioneering management and to Flagship Labs, to optimize resource allocation and value creation.

JB joined Flagship Pioneering from Sanofi where during his eight-year tenure, he held multiple roles in Finance and R&D Strategy, and most recently led the Specialty Care Development Finance team. He was previously at Boston Consulting Group and has worked across a variety of sectors in the US, Europe, China, and India.

JB holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris.
