Jake Kaplan

Jake Kaplan joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, he provides HR support to multiple Flagship companies with the HR Business Partners.

 Jake joined Flagship from Entrada Therapeutics where he supported various areas of HR such as onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and immigration. Jake’s HR career is rooted in the biotech industry; he is passionate about improving the lives of both employees and patients. 

Jake earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Chinese from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
