Glenn Rewick

Glenn Rewick joined Flagship Pioneering in 2025 as Senior Partner, Value Realization. In this role, Glenn provides strategic leadership to help ensure Flagship’s companies and select assets achieve their full market potential, working with FSP senior leadership, Co-Responsible Partners, and portfolio company leaders in developing value realization strategies within the value creation plans, transaction strategy, and in the execution of partnerships, IPOs, and exits.

Glenn brings more than 20 years of experience leading healthcare investment banking teams across major global institutions. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare M&A at Deutsche Bank, where he led the firm’s global Healthcare M&A practice, advising large and mid-cap pharmaceutical consolidators and emerging biotech companies. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Life Sciences M&A at Credit Suisse, overseeing global coverage across major pharma and emerging biotech. Before joining Credit Suisse, Glenn was Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare M&A at Deutsche Bank and previously served as Managing Director and Head of EMEA Healthcare M&A at UBS in London.

Earlier in his career, Glenn held senior leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch & Co. in London and San Francisco, advising clients across the pharma, biotech, medtech, and healthcare services sectors on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.

Glenn earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
