Fidah Alsagoff

Fidah Alsagoff joined Flagship Pioneering in 2026 as Executive Partner and Head of Global Initiatives. In this role, he leads the strategy and execution of Flagship’s expanding global presence across international markets.

Fidah is a seasoned leader in global healthcare and life sciences with more than three decades of experience spanning investment, clinical strategy, and public health management. Previously, he spent 17 years at Temasek International, where he was the Global Head of Life Sciences and Vice Chairman of Global Partnerships (Life Sciences). During his tenure at Temasek, he was instrumental in building a global investment team and a diverse portfolio ranging from early-stage startups to mature public entities. Following his time at Temasek, Fidah served as Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences in a family office and was the Founding Chairman of Clavystbio, a venture creation platform based in Singapore.

A physician by training, Fidah has held pivotal leadership roles in Singapore's healthcare ecosystem, including serving as CEO of Ministry of Health Holdings and the founding Executive Director of the Singapore Cord Blood Bank. He holds an EMBA with distinction from INSEAD, where he was the valedictorian (Claude Janssen prize) and a Lee Kuan Yew Scholar, alongside a Master of Medicine (Public Health) and an MBBS from the National University of Singapore.
