Evio Panichi

Evio Panichi joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as a Talent Operations Associate and is responsible for project management and process development within talent operations. Evio partners with stakeholders across talent acquisition to streamline and document processes and encourage continuous improvement throughout the talent organization.

Evio brings experience in medical device manufacturing and engineering to this role. Prior to joining Flagship, he completed Siemens Healthineers’ Operations Leadership Development Program, where he focused on project management and data analytics.

Evio graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business Management.
