Ethan Leef

Ethan Leef joined Flagship Pioneering in 2025 and serves as a Lab Operations Manager, where he leads end-to-end laboratory operations within Pioneering Medicines. He builds and manages efficient, safe, and scalable lab environments to support scientific discovery.

Prior to joining Flagship, Ethan supported business and laboratory operations at an early-stage biotechnology startup. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to his work. 

Ethan earned a B.S. in biology, with a minor in business management, from Syracuse University.
