Director of Employee Experience and Culture Enablement

Elaine Demers joined Flagship Pioneering in 2024 as Director of Employee Experience and Culture Enablement. Her work spans employee listening, the advancement of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) initiatives – including the development of impact-focused employee resource groups – and the integration of Flagship’s core values.

With over a decade of experience, primarily in the technology industry, Elaine held leadership roles at Bright Horizons and Medallia. She brings a blend of internal and consulting expertise, with a focus on designing employee listening programs that drive action. She has helped build people-focused experiences across the employee journey, including onboarding and rewards and recognition programs.

Elaine holds a M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a B.S. from Arizona State University.
