D'ondria Maxwell

D’ondria Maxwell joined Flagship Pioneering as Associate Director, G&A IT Project Manager in 2022. She is responsible for planning and leading strategic technology implementations for FSP and portfolio companies utilizing project and change management best practices that transform the way we work.

D’ondria has over 20 years of experience overseeing enterprise, people data technology projects in high tech, higher education, and life sciences including at the Harvard School of Executive Education, Parexel, and TESARO where she managed the company’s first learning management, performance, and recruiting system implementations. Prior to joining Flagship, D’ondria was the IT Business Partner for G&A at Spero, a pre-commercial biopharmaceutical company, where she managed technology implementations for HR, TA, Legal and Compliance.

D’ondria has a B.S in Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and is a PMP® certified project professional.
