Don Blackman

Don Blackman joined Flagship Pioneering in 2020 and is an Associate Director of Enterprise Digital Operations. He brings broad IT experience to his role overseeing IT operations for Flagship’s Enterprise companies, managing service partners and vendors, and ensuring that the Enterprise IT infrastructure and services meet company needs as they grow.

Prior to joining Flagship, Don worked for the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) for eight years, where he was most recently a Global Embedded Analyst. In this role, he led the Embedded Analyst model which involved advocating for end users, improving processes, creating and conducting IT trainings, and driving new technology adoption.

Don is a veteran of the United States Army Infantry.
