Director of Compensation
Dean Oliver joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021. As Director of Compensation, Dean is responsible for the compensation programs and structure within Flagship Pioneering, helping to attract, motivate, and retain the best talent. Dean partners with the leadership of Flagship’s portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance on all areas of compensation to build scalable programs as they grow.
Prior to Flagship, Dean worked as a senior consultant with Aon/Radford’s Executive Compensation consulting group, specializing in executive and equity compensation, focused on the private and early public biotechnology space. He began his career in Deloitte’s advisory practice.
Dean graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
