Dan Richloff

Dan Richloff joined Flagship Pioneering in November 2025 and serves as Associate Director of Service Delivery for Flagship's portfolio companies. He oversees IT deskside support operations across Flagship's early-stage companies, serving as an active partner to company teams with a focus on onboarding and customer experience. 

Prior to Flagship, Dan spent more than a decade at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research in Cambridge, MA, where he led IT support teams across lab, vivarium, and office environments supporting biomedical research.
