Christine Flot

Christine Flot is the Senior Director, Finance Lead for Ignacio Martinez’s origination team. She joined Flagship Pioneering in 2019 as Controller for Flagship Labs.

Christine has more than 30 years of accounting experience and brings deep knowledge of accounting operations, process improvements, budgeting/forecasting, reporting and system implementations to her role.

Prior to joining Flagship, she was Senior Director of Finance at Collaborative Consulting, an IT consulting firm, before it was acquired by CGI Technologies and Solutions. While there, she managed the accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable/billing functions, and oversaw the transition of accounting systems from Quickbooks to NetSuite. Previously, she spent 12 years at ATC Associates, an environmental consulting firm, where she managed accounting, FP&A, AP, AR and payroll operations.

Christine has a B.S. in Accounting from Stonehill College.
