Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Caroline works closely with Flagship’s leadership and ecosystem companies to develop and execute people strategies including talent management and development; change management and culture; organization design and development; and workforce planning and performance management, among other initiatives.

Caroline has a passion for working with leaders in life sciences and is driven to find solutions and build teams that improve both the employee and the patient experience. Prior to Flagship, Caroline served as a trusted partner to biopharmaceutical R&D and commercial leadership at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease to drive strategic organizational change and establish the capabilities, talent, and processes necessary for product launches. Prior to Alexion, Caroline was a consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice working with clients across the healthcare ecosystem on large-scale transformations and strategic people initiatives.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York.
