Carline Mathe

Carline Mathe joined Flagship in 2024 as executive assistant to the Digital Science and IT teams.

Prior to Flagship, Carline worked at Cerevel Therapeutics, where she served as Human Resources Program Coordinator managing the day-to-day operations of the Chief Human Resources Officer’s office, including calendar management, board meeting logistics, and training facilitation. Carline also spent nine years as an Executive Engagement Administrator at Spencer Stuart, where she led strategic project management efforts for the Chief Client Officer and supported executive search projects. Her diverse experience also includes roles in client services and operations at State Street Global Advisors and extensive executive support at various financial services firms.

Carline holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Nazarene College and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
