Stefanie Feldmann

Stefanie Feldmann joined Flagship in 2024 as Executive Director, Business Planning in Flagship’s Pioneering Medicines unit, where she partners with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and advance business operations initiatives.

Before joining Pioneering Medicines, Stefanie was Director of Business Operations at Paragon Therapeutics, where she led the firm’s IT function and oversaw critical digital transformation efforts across the organization. In this role, she also acted as a strategic thought partner to the Heads of Legal and Finance collaborating on core process development and systems implementations while supporting the scaling of both functions.

Prior to Paragon, Stefanie was Senior Director and Chief of Staff at Kira Pharmaceuticals, where she managed multiple operational initiatives in partnership with the firm’s executive leadership team. In her role at Kira, Stefanie also served as a cross-cultural ambassador, leading the development and dissemination of corporate goals and values to a globally dispersed team.

Originally from Germany, Stefanie started her US career over 15 years ago in private equity and asset management before joining life sciences investor firms SV Health Investors and RA Capital Management in a business administration capacity.

Stefanie earned her M.A. in Linguistics and Musicology from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany.
