Phil Woodburn

In his role as Controller, Phil Woodburn provides financial and operational oversight and is accountable for the continuous improvement, financial performance, and strategic capital investments of Flagship's new companies. He brings data-driven decision-making and storytelling to his strategic insights. As a startup veteran, Phil is an experienced entrepreneur focused on maximizing impact on the business and leveraging his passion for technology, operational excellence, accounting, and business management.

Over the course of his career, Phil has led virtually all aspects of accounting and finance in several industries. Most recently Phil was controller at Launch, a venture-builder devoted to reinventing multi-channel consumer experiences.

Phil holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Charlton College of Business, Dartmouth, and an M.B.A. from Babson College. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Account.
