Senior Director, Leadership and Organizational Development
Kelly Ballard joined Flagship in 2022 as Senior Director, Leadership and Organizational Development. Kelly leads and executes Flagship’s strategies for Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development as well as cross-functional efforts on Culture, including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
Kelly has over 18 years of experience in the design, implementation, execution, and management of strategies that drive the development of leaders, managers, and individuals. Starting her career in the telecommunications sector, Kelly has been a Learning and Development practitioner in a variety of industries and organizations. She joined Moderna in 2016 focused on building Moderna University, including its Moderna ONE orientation program, and curating an expansive library of content for a diverse and dynamic employee base. She has designed and facilitated multiple learning workshops, offsite meetings, and team building events for groups large and small.
Kelly holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She also holds multiple certifications and accreditations including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Insights Discovery, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Korn Ferry 360, and Korn Ferry Styles and Climate.
