Jennifer Nava

Jennifer (Jenn) Nava joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as Vice President, Enterprise IT and Operations. Jenn's primary focus is driving strong IT partnerships for Flagship and its enterprise of companies to enable implementation of best-in-class digital solutions. Her responsibilities also include leading the buildout and continuous improvement of the Enterprise IT Operations Team as well as the IT Service Delivery model and UX/Collaboration for all end users.

Prior to joining Flagship, Jenn was the VP, Head of Enterprise Technology for Spero Therapeutics where she and her IT team successfully led the multi-year enterprise technology transformation in preparation for their first commercial drug launch. This included all G&A systems, IT Infrastructure and Core systems, R&D, Quality, GMP, Medical and Commercial platforms. Jenn has also held IT leadership positions at Syros Pharmaceuticals, Bioverativ, and Biogen.

Jenn studied Information Technology at Lindsey Wilson College. She is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and is certified in Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms.
