Hovanes Nshanian

Hovanes (Hovig) Nshanian joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as Senior IT Manager. Hovig has more than 20 years of experience delivering global enterprise solutions to enable business innovation and efficiency, translating technology to non-technical audiences, and assessing technical risk.

Prior to joining Flagship, Hovig was the Global Manager of Executive IT Support at Aptiv, where he led several global executive engineers and technicians. Earlier in his career, Hovig worked for major financial companies including Fidelity Investments, where he held multiple roles including Lead Engineer, Integration Manager, and Manager of Trading Support for Market Data Systems.

Hovig earned his Associates from Middlesex Community College in Economics and has several certifications in Engineering from Boston University.
